E-01-S03 Web Client with organization registration and Login

Description: Develop a registration form in the web client to collect:

1. Organization Name (required)
2. Contact Number (required)
3. Email Address (required)
4. Password (required, must meet strong password policy: min 10 characters, with letters, numbers, and special characters).

Requirements:

• Implement form with client-side validation.
• Submit form data to the RegisterOrganizationLambda API.
• Show a success message and redirect to the confirmation page after registration.
• Display error messages for failed registration attempts.

Acceptance Criteria:

• Form validates required fields and password strength.
• API call succeeds and handles success/error responses.
