As an Empal user Given I want to report bug / feature request / doc update requests / improvement request When I want template for doing that Then I can see it's missing in this repo

Several templates missing including how to use this repo

  1. How to use this repo including what is out of scope of this repo
  2. Feature request template
  3. Bug report template
  4. Doc update request template
  5. Improvement request template
