Hi Craig,

Cool class! I noticed you are missing a license file for this repo. What is the license?

Thanks! Jon

I updated the readme explaining the patent dilemma. I don't know enough patent law to be comfortable licencing this for any use, so I'm keeping it under full implicit copyright (no license specified). I'm not even confident that is ok, but I already did that before I knew about the issue, so there is not much better I can do. If you can provide some legal advice, I might be able to re-license it. I'd like to put it under something nice like MIT, but I don't know if that is safe for me to do.

AFAIK you can put your work out there as MIT no problems... but I believe that Ken Perlin's patent over Simplex Noise relates to is use in 3 or more dimensions. I am not sure what exactly his patent covers exactly though.
