Would you mind including a LICENSE file containing the full license information for this project? http://opensource.org/licenses/category contains a list of many OSI approved software licenses. Thanks!

By the way, KO and jQuery both use the MIT license, but it's totally up to you which license you choose.

Hi Jon, thanks for the feedback. I've added a license to the project - have chosen MIT license as suggested.
