This isn't working as well as I would hope. It seems to overshoot small capacitance's and then saturate them, never recovering.
Also, changing the current decadely first is a bad idea. It can change the output by as much as 700 A2D ticks, so I had better need a massive change to require that kind of change.
Automatically calibrate the CTMU so that it will charge to ~75% (Chosen so I can get the maximum resolution change, but I can still see if I need to go higher and recalibrate).
This can be done in a number of ways: Current used (55uA, 5.5uA, and 0.55 uA) Duration of charge Current tweak +/- 63%
I'd rather adjust in that order.
