Showing a list and a map next to it implies that they should interact with each other. Can we show the top neighborhoods by numbering them on the map?

Maybe number them something like this?

The info map should also show a marker like this – the geojson layers are too small, especially for community areas.

Basic functionality implemented in c13d808. We still need to:

[ ] Attach hover/click events so that you can trigger community info modal from the marker
[ ] Attach hover/click events to remove workplace from map

I've been having some trouble getting click and hover events to register for markers, so I may need to work with someone who has more Leaflet experience than I do.
