Add option to allow discovery to continue after group formed #180

Some phones (including Samsung models) create a group automatically. This has the unintended effect of stopping service discovery. Service discovery can run alongside broadcasting a local service with no problems that we have seen (after testing on Samsung, Lenovo, Hauwei and Motorola devices).

Thus we suggest adding an option to control this behavior.
