Add "Send to tray" #101

Description of the issue:
As I often run "The Last Ripper" several times at once, I would realy 
appreciate a function to send it to the tray.

GENERAL INFORMATION ABOUT YOUR SYSTEM:

TheLastRipper version? 1.3.0.
Operating system and version? WinXP SP2

Did you try Tray It?

You can find it here: http://www.teamcti.com/trayit/trayit.htm
it minimizes everything down to tray, so it should work wirh TheLastRipper, too

This feature is useful on Vista and XP, and couterproductive on Windows 7.
