song is ripped even if it already exists #105

TheLastRipper played a song that already existed. It is a symlink, maybe it
just checks if there is a file. Whatever, it should check if anything with
that filename exists and, in that case, skip the track.

not in the ubuntu-version, there the error remains still (in version 1.1.1-1)

Dude, it is obviously not an error, but a missing feature. However, as 
mentioned, it
is fixed - only the linux version isn't updated. Says so on the homepage.
