Crash if input field for Quarantine directory is empty #127

Using 1.31beta on WinXP with latest .NET:
when letting the field for Quarantine directory blank thelastripper crashes
when you click "ok" after having clicked "Login".

Steps to reproduce:
1. wipe that input field
2. Login
3. Klick ok
