how to compile in windows #136

im trying to develop lastrriper in windows 2003 (with sharpdevelop) , so i
try to checkout of various urls until i got the righ version from
http://thelastripper.googlecode.com/svn/branches/Windows.Forms/WinFormsClient/,
but i can resolve the reference to taglib-sharp.dll until i go to
http://code.google.com/p/thelastripper/source/browse/branches/Windows.Forms/Inst
aller/LibLastRip.dll
and click on get the raw of the file, so please update this information in
the wiki so much people can develop it in windows...

i have added the dll to Windows.Forms directory and changed the project file, 
so this
is not necessary anymore!
