application stops ripping after a number of songs with an System.Net.Web Exception error #138

Description of the issue:
application stopps ripping and comes up with an exception error. See
attachment. The same error occurs on another computer where I have
installed the same version of TLR.

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. ripping of a number of songs
2. see attachment
3.

What is the expected output
continuous ripping of songs

GENERAL INFORMATION ABOUT YOUR SYSTEM:

TheLastRipper version? 1.3.0
Mono/.Net runtime version? Net 3.0 SP 1
Operating system and version? XP SP3

Same thing with 1.4 version.

I had the same error again on a new Eee PC and it stopped and popped up with 
the same
error message again. Hope this gets fixed soon as it makes the ripper quite 
useless
and I'm loosing interest even if I think the overall concept is great and it 
would be
great if this could be fixed.

Last.fm blocks the riper after a number of minutes listening/ripping, I had 
checked
with the original Mac OSX client and it says that I had finished my free time
listening and that I had to pay a fee for unlimited listening. That's it.
