Lastripper returning 403 errors after first track in a stream

Description of the issue:

What steps will reproduce the problem?

Start ripping a user tagged stream .. eg
lastfm://usertags/<user>/<usertag>

What is the expected output?
After first track is ripped the system breaks with an 'error 403 -
forbidden' response from last.fm server.

This has been happening for last 24 hours only - maybe last.fm have changed
the API again? Or maybe they just broke something??

We're aware of the issue... A patch is in the makings... I'll post something 
here
when we've got something ready..
