Description of the issue:
TheLastRipper crashes on WinXP SP3 after ripping for a while.

Dito for me (as many times as with the versions before I had to log in again and
restart ripping).

Windows XP SP3 said that it has to end LastRipper 1.4.0 and wanted to end it. 
If I
choose nothing in XP the actual song was played to the end and was recorded, 
too. But
lastripper could not reach my playlist for a new song.

If I restarted the last ripper after that:
I could not see the old log and so I was not able to see the skipped titles 
(titles
recorded with old versions which are integer and not defect).

By the way: I love 1.4.0 (despite this bug)-
The detection of defect files is a great new issue!
