Listening Port Settings #157

Description of the issue:

The Listening Port settings have no Effect. Still uses Port 8000

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Change Port in Preferences / Listening Port
2. Ok
3. Restart

What is the expected output?

Still Port 8000 used

TheLastRipper version?
1.4.0
Mono/.Net runtime version?
latest
Operating system and version?
Windows XP SP3 latest updates

Are the settings saved? e.g. is the port still set to 8000 in the UI after 
restarting?

Settings are saved and is changed in the UI.

Thanks I took a look a the source... and it seems the value wasn't used...

I've patch the sources to use it... However, I don't have any playback software
installed in my virtual machine...
If you'd test it that'd be great... I've attached fixed binaries...

Ok, now it is working. I have to restart if i change the port. U can also check 
if
the port is used with netstats or tcpview (systernals).
