System.Net.Sockets.SocketException

Description of the issue:
I installed and used the program all day yesterday.  This morning when I 
started the program, the following message came up when I tried to start 
recommendations playing/ripping:

Exception occurred. Please restart ripping.
Exception:
System.Net.Sockets.SocketException: Only one usage of each socket address. 
(protocol/network address/port) is normall permitted.
  at System.Net.Sockets.Socket.DoBind(EndPoint.endPointSnapshot, 
SSocketAddress socketAddress)
  at System.Net.Sockets.Socket.Bind(EndPoint localEP)
  at LibLastRip.LastManager.intializeServer()
  at LibLastRip.LastManager.Save(Int32Read)
  at LibLastRip.LastManager.Save(IAsyncResult Res)

I tried installing this program on another computer in our home network 
and it seems to work fine.  I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling the 
program.  I have gone into the registry and deleted any lines referring to 
this program.  I have done a search on the hard drive and deleted any 
references to the program before I reinstalled it.

This program sounds great - I'd really appreciate any help that you gave 
give me.

What steps will reproduce the problem?

TheLastRipper version? 1.4.0
Mono/.Net runtime version?  ?

This error occurs if another instance of TheLastRipper 1.4.0 is already 
running. The
error does not occur with TheLastRipper v1.3.0
