Hate and Love buttons issue. #175

Description of the issue:
The Hate button is not working as I expect. Songs, marked with "hate" are
played again after some time, i can not find these songs on:
http://www.last.fm/user/MY_LOGIN/library/banned

The same problem is with Love button. Songs marked in "The Last Ripper"
with love button are not on the following list:
http://www.last.fm/user/MY_LOGIN/library/loved
