Description of the issue:

I filled in my login info and clicked "login."  The window greys out for
about two seconds, then nothing else happens.

The problem seems to be with the "proxy" setting.

I'm using a Squid proxy on port 3128.  There doesn't seem to be a place to put 
in the
proxy port.
