Description of the issue:

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Installed TheLastRipper version 1.4 on Windows XP
2. As soon as I start the application, I receive the following mesage:

TheLastRipper has encountered a problem and needs to close.  We are sorry
for the inconvenience.
3.

What is the expected output?
The application to start
