I really love this soft, as much as I love Last FM. 

Should it be possible to choose the level of compression we prefer ? 
128 kbps is a bit low I think...

the bitrate is limited by last.fm

i don't know the source-code of thelastripper, but i think it does not reencode 
the
stream...
