TLR is not scrobbling ( update the ripped songs on Last.fm) #222

Description of the issue:
Does not scrobble

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Start The Last Ripper
2. Tab Playlist uncheck all, Skip existing Musik Skip new Musik
3. Hit OK

What is the expected output?
Display the played Song Title on Last.Fm

TheLastRipper version? 1.4.0
Mono/.Net runtime version? All Versions
Operating system and version? Windows 7
