Unable to build Windows.Form branch on Debian Wheezy with xbuild #240

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. xbuild on the root of the Windows.Forms branch fails

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I'd expect the build to complete, but I get a note about SharpDevelop.Build 
being unavailable. 

I've attached a patch that allows this to be built under this configuration, 
which is handy for the Console client.
