Tab-Index in Preferences/Login-Button

Description of the issue:
In preferences page, when typing the username and then pressing [tab]
you'll land on the login button(->tab-index 2) instead of, as the user will
expect, landing into the password field, which has tab index 4.

so I'd like to propose the following order:

1. Username
2. Password
3. Save Settings
4. Login-Button

Furthermore I propose to place the login button on the right side of the
checkbox, instead of on the left...
And please, rename "GroupBox 4" to anything senseful. :P

Thanks for your notice... Some minor issue may have been overlooked when we 
released
TheLastRipper... :)
But I'll make sure to remember them in the next minor release... I've accepted 
this
issue and added it to the roadmap
(http://code.google.com/p/thelastripper/wiki/Roadmap).... So hopefully we'll 
remember

Groupbox 4 has been rename to formats... And tab index should be done better...

consider this fixed as of revision 221... It will be in the next release 1.1.x, 
due
this weekend hopefully... :)
