some artist/songs are not played/recorded #96

Description of the issue:
I made a playlist with music i wanted to record. After some times of 
recording i recognized that one artist (in this case "A-Alikes", some 
others too) have not been recorded at all, even all other artists that 
were featured in my playlist had been recorded. I monitorized the program 
at its work and found out that the demanded artist wasn't played at all. 
Could this be a licence problem? 
Please forgive me for my bad english, its not my mothertongue.

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Add some tracks from the Album "I eat, you eat" by "A-Alikes" to your 
Playlist 
2. start theLastRipper
3. record your Playlist

What is the expected output?
At least one Track of the Album should have been recorded

TheLastRipper version? latest (1.3.0)
Mono/.Net runtime version? latest (3.0)
Operating system and version? Windows Vista Home Premium 32-Bit

TheLastRipper records what's being boardcasted... Unless the official last.fm 
client
will play those artists in a given a playlist with them, this is not an issue...
