fix 0805/0603 mixup in CPL/BoM #120

The BoM and CPL file specifies the 0805 part sizes that v0.1 of the output board used, instead of the correct 0603 part to match the footprint in v0.2. JLCPCB have managed in the past to assemble the board with the wrong (0805) part in the CPL file which is interesting! But clearly needs fixing.

Make these changes:

C4310   => C22843 (1.5k)
C17798  => C23228 (680)
C49678  => C14663 (100nF)
C149504 => C25803 (100k)
C17414  => C25804 (10k)
C17470  => C22807 (150k)
C28323  => C15849 (1uF)
