hi . I'm working on sound event localization and detection. I come across the code you sent here. But the link in readme.md does not appear to be this paper.

thx for your attention We would like to note that since our manuscript 'HAAC: Hierarchical Audio Augmentation Chain for ACCDOA Described Sound Event Localization and Detection' is under review and we are currently working on the SELD task of the dcase2023 challenge, it is not convenient to share the codebase at this time.
