What is the bug?: DiscordCrawler will respond to commands made in an anonymous reports channel, and make a report from that response.

Severity: Low

Steps to reproduce: Use any command that produces output in an anon channel.

Context: !quote in the reporting channel.

Resolved - Not a bug, don't use commands in the report channels. I can't tell bots to ignore certain channels, it's all or nothing. Won't Fix
