Applying a batch command does change the lights, but the color for highlighted intersections aren't adjusted #28

Changes are just reflected after some change to the highlighting (like changing color or Disable&Enable the tool)
Reason is: BatchUI doesn't notify IntersectionsHighlighting when a batch command was executed.
