Doesn't work with the 81 tiles mod outside of the inner 25 tiles #33

Hi. I'm using the 81 tiles mod by BloodyPenguin and the mod works on the 25 tiles but it doesn't save the state of the lights outside the inner 25 tiles so after restarting a save game the settings on trafficlights in the outer tiles are lost :(

After inspecting the issue: The lights get loaded correctly by TTL, but the 81 tiles mod overwrites them. The same happens if you toggle traffic lights via Traffic Manager (I used [url=https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=498363759]Traffic Manager + Improved AI[/url]).

Therefore: issue with 81 tiles mod and not TTL (or any other mod that allows changing the lights).
