I currently cannot activate the tool.

Method not found: 'NetSegment.GetLeftAndRightLanes'. [System.MissingMethodException]

The exception looks like its from (one of) the Traffic Manager mod(s). Can you test TTL without TrafficManager?

No response -- so I guess/hope it works now.

Whatever: issue because of TrafficManager.
