Error "Trying to create a material from string - this is no longer supported." #38

Natural Disasters and patch 1.60 updated Unity -- which no longer supports creating materials via string. Source location: https://github.com/Craxy/ToggleTrafficLights/blob/master/src/ToggleTrafficLights/Tools/Visualization/IntersectionHighlighting.cs#L145

Only affects underground ( -> underground intersections don't get highlighted ) and doesn't seem to affect the behavior of TTL in any other way.
