Summary and Scope

Update sat bootprep and sat bootsys to use cfs v2 and should not break any changes.

Resolves CRAYSAT-1902

Testing

Tested on:

drax

Test description:

_Test with sat bootprep where the CFS configurations get created and can validate session_checks for serviceacitivity of sat bootsys.
