Building with DevkitPro pacman, the background audio supplied by tic-tac.mod doesn't play yet there are no errors nor warnings shown during compiling. I tried on both Manjaro/Arch Linux and Windows 10 following the instructions at: https://devkitpro.org/wiki/devkitPro_pacman for setting up DevkitPPC along with build instructions here in the README.md and everything seems to work fine except the music. Sound effects still play fine. Wii-Tac-Toe.zip

I have just did a commit to update GRRMOD (8bd3b0d2525abeb53c73cf99326af6fe0c34dc18). Can you try the latest version.

Updating GRRMOD fixed it. Thanks for looking into this so quickly!
