Describe the bug
When trying to use Set-CloudiQSubscription, the cmdlet fail and we get a HTTP 400 (Bad Request) back. This cmdlet works on one Cloud-iQ tenant, and not another.
Expected behavior
Using -Add 1, we should get a result back saying that we have increased the number of subscriptions by one.
