I'm runing Spigot 1.10.2 JAVA 8

Your error log is too short haha, badbones will not be able to tell anything from here, you copy everything UNDER this, not above it.

Alright can you please post your CustomEnchantments.yml. Also next time please use PasteBin because this makes me scroll very far. Pastebin your CustomEnchantments.yml and post the link here.
