The project is still being worked on, just very slowly. I haven't had the time to work on the program in quite some time unfortunately. I'd love to work on it more, but life gets in the way...
I haven't experienced the lag you're talking about and I haven't heard any complaints about this either. Can you elaborate? When I scroll from my computer (which is a pretty crummy computer I might add... it can't come close to running dolphin at full speed) the scrolling is virtually lagless.

JComboBox, the drop-down menus can cause serious lag. Even if you have to switch to a button and a dialog, that would increase scroll speed greatly.
