Maintenance

This PR also set some ground to prepare the app for future work.

• Bottom Bar is now use instead of SlidingUpPanel library
• Dependencies has been updated to latest versions
• Dependency management has been simplified for easy of maintainability
• Some XML layouts and the MainViewModel to accommodate some upcoming features

CI/CD related code is commented out for now.
