Something like helppie or Freddy Feedback or Usersnap maybe.

Challenges I want to tackle: Users should be able to submit feedback including suggestions for new features or improvements and report bugs with visual feedback.

helppie mailbox is not reachable. Usersnap has no open source plan. Freddy Feedback offered us a free plan. 👍
