Player Unique ID on demo #1

  1. All players must receive something unique ID on record. This is required for bots and events.
  2. SourceTV don't should be written in metadata.

... or just don't write bots in metadata. This looks more easily for implementation. And we don't have problem with bot unique detecting.

Fixed in 1.0.4. Commit with push will be made later.
