Borg Starship (Borg Sphere) shows incorrect ship cost #21

According to data files and an image of the card, the Borg Starship (Borg Sphere) should have a cost of 38, but it shows as having a cost of 36.

I'm assuming some code has got confused with another "Borg Starship" card which does have the cost of 36.

I'd offer to help, as I'm a developer by day, but I can't make head nor tail of the repository file structure or your commits. (I'm also happy to help / guide on how to use git if you would find that helpful)

That's actually an issue, not a bug. Many generic ship costs were altered after new faction pack had been released.
