If you switch profiles while installing a server it shows install gain. This only happens if the server isnt istalled completly.

Fix for now: If the server is installed and you switch profiles or relaunch the program the start server button shows up again

Start button will be visible after steam install for now. So if it isnt installed it gets an error, enshrouded_server.exe not found
