Possible to add the Octopus App? #18

For the new function of the app, it checks the strong integrity when creating a new android card which can be used in the google wallet. For the normal operation of the app, it only checks Basic and Device integrity.

For example, when running the activity with Class Name: com.octopuscards.nfc_reader.ui.ao.provision.activities.GoogleProvisionActivity it pops up with device not support Android Octopus.
