Added Skin with nord based colors (v1.0)

I just added a skin based on the nord color scheme to the skins folder.

You hadn't had any advise on contributing up, so I hope this is fine with you. Let me know if I should make something different.

I had planned a skin for the Nord Theme. This saves me some work now, I will adjust it a bit and include it in the next update.
