1 year ago found out the problem was in the software. changed it to a third part code and works fine ever since. the crtouch software still has the old heating bug in it.

My Ender 3 pro is having a software issue very similar to a pid issue back in 2021. I have recently upgraded to a crtouch and updated the software but ever since I cannot get it to heat to operating temp on cold start or even while printing. Changed out the hot end and that’s not the issue. But it hovers 10c below and hops up to 10 below then cools rapidly and heat’s slowly back up to 230 instead of the 240 target temp. My board is a 4.2.2. No upgrade to board just dual z and direct drive
