USB connexion broken #2

Hello, I'm using the Ender5 pro along with BL touch sensor and had some fun using Octopi. Since some time, a got some printing errors, the nozzle stop randomly and since some days ago it was refusing the connection at all. Disconnected the Raspi and plug it directly to the computer, some isuues, none of the slicer can communicate any more with the printer !!! tryed to change cables (5V isolated), computers, configuration, FW... nothing is working and windows keep showing USB not recognized ! So, I'm suspecting a Hardware problem. The Only good news is that i can still print from the SD card. Any thoughts / experience on that ? appreciate any help regarding this issue, I want to get back to use the USB printing. Thank you in advance.

I'm experiencing the same issue. Has this been resolved or is there an update?

was the CH340g circuit failure : the circuit for USB to TTL behind the USB port in the motherboard. It was not available in the market that time so I took one from an old Ardouino nano (or similar).
