Bed Type is not persisted in Creality Print 5.0.2

In Creality Print 5.0.2, bed type is not persisted, unlike all other settings like filament, nozzle, etc:

To reproduce:

1. Open Creality Print
2. Change bed type to "Textured PEI Plate"
3. Close Creality Print, then reopen
4. Notice bed type changes back to "Smooth PEI Plate/High Temperature"
