Printing multiple items on bed "one at a time" incorrectly triggers error and won't slice #167

If I put multiple items on the bed, and ask it to print each singly rather than all at once, it triggers an error saying item is too high and will cause problems - even if they are well spaced on bed and would print fine with CP 4

As an addendum to that. Put only one item on the bed in one at a time mode and it refuses to slice says the object is too high.
