Add keyframe navigation shortcuts and keyframe update shortcut

I've added some shortcuts for stepping through keyframes so you can get an idea of how an animation progresses from within sketch more easily. Also added a shortcut to update an animation for the current keyframe with the latest parameters from the sketch object to make it easier to edit keyframes while stepping through.
