Wrong link to old version of Ultron.jar in UG #10

The link provided to download the jar file in the Quick Start section of the UG brings one to download the v1.3 version as shown in the hyperlink, when in reality the latest release on the repo as well as used in the PE is v1.4.

Users who have not downloaded the product yet may use this link and unknowingly use an old version with missing or wrong features and implementations.
