hatchAngleDeg() should behave the same for SATIN as for PARALLEL #60

Hi @LingDong- , What's the plan for creating a SATIN hatch with a non-horizontal orientation? I believe that E.hatchAngleDeg() should behave exactly the same for SATIN as for PARALLEL. This will mean doing some rotation and anti-rotation... Thanks, Golan
